Faith in Action: Our Church’s Journey to a New Home
In 2018, the lease ended on the church building we were occupying, and renewing wasn’t an option. With no new building nor any promising leads, we turned to prayer and faith. This property—once owned by The Salvation Army—became available and though beautiful, it was beyond what we could afford. Yet, our Pastor and his unwavering faith, submitted an application and was invited to view the property. With no approval was in sight, Pastor Hope decided to send out a memo to a few members of the church: "Meet me at 620 E. Tregallas, Antioch, CA. We're believing GOD for a new church home. I just need a few people to agree with me. Let's pray over this property." Say less, Pastor! Not just a few—the entire church family showed up. We prayed, we walked, we touched every room, believing God for its future purpose. And then… GOD DID IT. He blessed us with this building, and we made a promise: to use this space as a ministry tool to bring glory and honor to Him, sharing The Gospel without reservation and we have been doing that ever since!
